BSE Sensex was trading higher at 13:45 IST, up about 603.27 points or 1.02 percent, at a level of 60,507.02, while Nifty-50 was also trading higher, up approximately 156.95 points or 0.88 percent, at 18,016.40.
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Bharat Airtel Ltd., Tata Consultancy Ltd., and Tech Mahindra were the top BSE Sensex gainers, while Titan India Ltd., Bajaj Finserv Ltd., and Maruti Suzuki Ltd. were the top BSE Sensex losers.
