The company’s board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 48.00 per Rs 5 par value equity share for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2023. The dividend is contingent on shareholder ratification at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If shareholders approve the dividend, it will be distributed beginning the day after the next Annual General Meeting.
